NAM x DELTA

From waste to taste. NAM is collecting coffee waste in restaurants and cafes and grows delicious mushrooms out of it. Where ? Downtown, in urban farms because mushrooms love to grow there. Urban mushroom farms are a fantastic way to use unwanted dark, abandoned spaces in the city. Our mission for NAM was to create a short film presenting the concept and the founder for a conference with Delta Cafes (Portugal's leader in the coffee industry) in front of the Portuguese prime minister. A video that was then used for NAM's various digital platforms.
